Gluten free Sesame Prawn Toast
Quick and easy recipe to make sesame prawn toast.
Makes 2 toasts.
Ingredients
180g prawns1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cornflour
2 teaspoon sesame oil
100g sesame seeds
4 slices bread (I used gluten free)
Tsang Sweet Chilli Sauce
Method:
Prepare prawn filling
- Put prawns into a food processor
- Add salt, sugar, pepper and cornflour
- Mix
Make the toast
- Get a wide container (wider than the slice of bread) of sesame seeds
- Spread the prawn filling from the food processor onto the bread
- Place the bread into the container containing the sesame seeds with the prawns facing down
- Apply a little pressure evenly over the bread so the seeds stick to the prawns
Airfryer
- Place the bread onto a baking tray
- Spray oil evenly over the bread
- Airfry at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
